Heavy duty ptfe conveyor belt made by our 9100A is typically designed for carpet tiles production, carpet tile is made of twisted tufts of natural woof or polyester, PVC paste is applied on our ptfe conveyor belt, then the twisted tufts pile will be laminated on the PVC backing, there is heavy weave pattern on our material which will be transfer to the carpet tile baking as a familiar feature.
