It overcomes the phenomenon that the connection of the conveyor belt interface is easy to break and solve the problem of poor stability and deviation because of unequal circumference of the joint. The seamless fusing machine belt has a running life that is more than three times longer than any ptfe conveyor with other joint.

2）2ply fusing machine belt

PTFE fiberglass endless conveyor belt with static-resistance varnished cloth inside and tearing-resistance fiberglass cloth outside, 2ply belt has a great improvement on its intensity, long using life, well balanced thickness, excellent deflecting preventing capacity, smooth surface, it’s better for super thin fabric fusing.

3）common seam joint fusing machine belt.

Seam joint fusing machine belt is made of fine material. The surface is smooth and luster and the price is competitive. It can substitute imported high price belts.

Application:

• Used as various of liners to resist high temperature, such as microwave liner, oven liner, food drying or other liners.
• High insulation of electric: insulating belt of electric, septa, cushion, gasket. High frequency plank coated with copper;
• Heat resisting envelope, enswathing of heat insulation;
• Binding of all sorts of petroleum and chemical pipeline to resist eroding, environmental sulfur separating of exhaust gas of electric factory
• It could be made into static resisting fabric.
